Michael Platt
Michael Platt is Vice Chairman of LCI with responsibility for helping to shape LCI’s future in the rotary, fixed wing and other sectors. He is also an advisor to the board of LCI’s parent company, The Libra Group.
He served as Chief Executive Officer of LCI from 2012 having joined LCI in September 2011. Mike has over 30 years’ experience in the aircraft leasing industry, including three years at Aircastle as Chief Investment Officer, 15 at International Lease Finance Corporation where he rose to Senior Vice President and five years at McDonnell Douglas Finance Corporation where he served as legal counsel.
He is also a former President of the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT) and served on the Board of the ISTAT Foundation and the Advisory Board of Airlink.
