Adam Tomazos

Adam Tomazos is the Chief Operating Officer of LCI’s parent company, the Libra Group. He was responsible for the formation of LCI in 2004 and served as its Chairman up to 2011. He remains on the company’s board as a Special Advisor.

Graduating with a degree in Economics, Adam went on to Imperial College, University of London, to complete his Masters in Business Administration. He then joined the Bank of Cyprus in London and then in 1994 joined Den norske Bank in London to work in their Shipping Department with long term assignments in Piraeus, New York and Oslo.

In 2000 he was promoted to Assistant Vice-President, Shipping Department, in DnB’s New York office, concentrating on corporate and asset backed finance projects. He then returned to London as Associate Director taking on responsibility for DnB’s Greek and Swiss customer relationships.
